I use SimplePractice as my practice management tool to make the process more convenient and efficient for you, as well as for myself. You can fill out intake paperwork, send secure messages, potentially request appointments, download documents, and pay bills from a secure, easy-to-use portal.

Paperless intakes

I can send you secure computer and mobile-friendly paperless intakes. No more wasting your valuable time filling out paperwork at your first appointment. Instead, the information will already be provided by you. If information is received in a timely manner, it can potentially be reviewed by me prior to your initial session.

We can send secure, HIPAA compliant messages

I can meet you where you are with secure messaging optimized for mobile devices, as well as your computer. We can reschedule appointments, communicate about payments or remind you to bring something to an appointment.

You can easily schedule appointments online

With Online Booking (if available), you can see my availability and request appointments with the click of a button.

Conveniently pay your bill

SimplePractice integrates simple credit card processing with Stripe and collects payments through My Client Portal. You do not need to have a Stripe account or sign-in to Stripe to utilize this payment service. It’s easy to update your credit card information and receive statements, superbills and invoices. Your card information is stored with bank-level security.

Online Video Therapy

Experience simple and stress-free video appointments, fully integrated into SimplePractice. We can start an Online Video Therapy appointment from anywhere, on any device. You just click a link to start— no logins, no passwords, no hassle. Plus, I send you automatic reminders so you don’t miss appointments. Your video appointments are always protected with bank-level encryption and security – HIPPA compliant.
